- you have heavy luggage, a pushchair or sports equipment
- you're travelling as a family or group
- you land late at night or very early in the morning

Travelling with Luggage, Children or a Group
After a long flight, the number of changes often matters more than a few minutes on the clock. Every rail route to Brighton means carrying bags between platforms in central London, and the Heathrow Express route also needs a Circle line connection between Paddington and Victoria. At busy times of day, that can mean crowded trains and stairs or escalators with heavy cases.
Simplest options with luggage, children or a group
- One change by rail: the Elizabeth line and Thameslink route via Farringdon.
- No changes on public transport: the National Express 025 coach, with bags stored in the luggage hold.
- No changes at all: a pre-booked vehicle sized for your passengers and luggage, from a saloon to a minibus.
When you book a transfer, tell us how many passengers and cases you have, and any special requirements, so we can match the right vehicle to your trip.
